Customer experience events in Perth
Learn from real customers and from each other
Small, practical events for people who design, manage and improve the services others rely on.
Analytics and reports only tell you so much. These events give you time with the people who use services every day, and with people in roles like yours who are working through the same challenges.
They suit anyone responsible for services that lots of different people rely on, in any sector. You’ll leave with a clearer picture of what people actually experience, and ideas you can take straight back to your work.
The first events are being planned now.
Two kinds of events
Lived experience panels
Meet people who find everyday services hard to use, such as websites, forms, apps, bookings and bills. Hear directly from them about what gets in the way and what helps.
Practitioner sessions
Learn from people in similar roles across different organisations: what they’ve tried, what worked, what didn’t and what they’d do differently next time.
Some events may focus on a particular sector or audience. Each event will make clear who it’s for when it’s announced.
How the lived experience panels work
Each panel focuses on one community or experience, such as people with disability, older people or people who are new to Australia. Panels run for half a day, as a breakfast, afternoon tea or early evening session, with around 30 people.
-
Hear from the panel
I interview five or six guests in front of the room about their experiences: what they need to do, where they get stuck and what makes the difference.
-
Talk at your table
Guests then join each table in turn for a smaller conversation, so you can ask questions and hear their experiences up close.
-
Take it back to your work
You leave with real stories and practical insights to share with your team and apply to your own services.
Partner with me
If your organisation works with people who find everyday services hard to use, I’d love to work with you. Partners help connect me with guests, make sure they’re well supported and are recognised at the event.
Guests are supported throughout and are welcome to bring a support person.
